What changes
What is going wrong
- Most of your traffic arrives once and leaves unreachable. You paid for it either way.
- The usual fix is one popup, one offer, shown to everyone at once. It converts the people who were going to buy anyway.
- A comparison search and a paid ad send very different visitors. Both get the same offer, and neither gets what they came for.
What you have at the end
- Capture points matched to entry intent, not one offer everywhere
- Verification on the path, so bad addresses never enter
- A consent record you can produce on request
- The number of new contacts per thousand sessions, split by where they came from
What I do about it
I map what a visitor wants at each entry point. Then I match the offer to it.
I prioritize the phone number, then the email address. A number is the stronger identifier, and most brands never ask for it.
I verify addresses before they enter your list. It starts clean rather than being cleaned later.
I make consent explicit and recorded. Proof has to exist the moment it is given.
